Poetry Workshop
Reading and writing poetry helps students with important literary elements while giving them a powerful tool for self expression! Our workshop will teach our older elementary through high school students some of the super powers of poetry and prep them for Poetry Night!

About the Event
Reading and writing poetry helps students with important literary elements while giving them a powerful tool for self expression! In our workshop, two of our awesome parents, Jessica Bates and Liz Lavendar, will teach our older elementary through high school students some of the super powers of poetry. Then, students will have the opportunity to perform their work at our Poetry Night in April. COST: Free
AGES: Recommended for 3rd grade and up. Students comfortable writing or parents who will transcribe.
