About the Event
The primary goal of this club is to provide a structured physical environment that will improve each student's overall physical fitness through stretching, agility drills, and core strengthening exercises. There will be opportunities to learn specific skills found across sports and activities such as jumping rope, dribbling with hand and foot, and throwing and catching. From this, we'll incorporate team games, with a focus on working together, team strategy and good sportsmanship. Such games might include kickball, dodgeball, ultimate frisbee, basketball, and others, depending on club size, ages, and abilities.
