Often, another tour is schedule to begin when your tour ends.  Format:  - Guided field studies include a 60-minute field study consisting of 4 stations (number of stations may vary based on field trip theme) plus exploration in the museum. We reserve the right to split or combine classes to create an even number for education stations. We reserve the right to combine schools to effectively maximize museum space and staff.  Exploration: For each guided tour, staff-led stations are accompanied by free exploration time within the museum. Your teachers may choose to allow them to play in certain exhibits/floors for a time period and then move onto another exhibit/area or have free exploration of the whole museum for the entire exploration time. Splitting classes between floors is suggested for large groups.  - Self-Guided Field Studies exploration tours last 3 hours to allow your group time to explore the museum’s exhibits, eat a snack/lunch, and take bathroom breaks.
